English Language Training Course for Health Personnel.
Training is an important part of any professional activities. Particularly professional training helps one to enhance and career. Through professional training one can keep pace with modern methods and technologies that have been introduced recently for that very professional.
Siam Health Care is a platform which arranges different types of training programme for health professionals. Recently Siam Health Care has an "English training program for Health personnel" under the Technical Training Unit, In-Service Training, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; 14 December 2009 to 28 Working Days. The training was lunched at Siam Health Care training room. The meeting was chaired by Director, Mr. A. Latif Khan, Siam Health Care, Chief Guest Honorable DPM (ESP), IST, TTU, DGHS Dr. Omar Ali Sarker.
The training session started with recitation from holy Quran. Hon'ble Chief Guest Dr. Omar Ali Sarker. launch the session. In his speech he was highly inspiring trainees to attend regularly and learn English with attention. He also expresses his deep aspiration towards the trainees.
In this era of globalization learning English has a great significance for us. Every year a large number of health's professional go abroad for higher training in their respective area. They need to communicate with others and learn in English. So, the health professional should be taught English effectively. Only then we will be able to face the challenges of the 21st Century. Realizing this fact the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has taken an effective step to train in English all the health personnel to strengthen human resources for health.
The course runs for 28 working days from December 14, 2009 to Jan 16, 2010 including Saturday. Everyday the session begins at 2.00pm. and ends 6.00pm. There are 40 participants and they are divided into 2 (Two) batches. In each batch there are 20 participants. They came from different division of health sector under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
