Secretariat Members

The Siam has highly qualified and experienced staff with a broad range of relevant expertise in conducting training programs around the world from various disciplines including demography, public health, epidemiology, social sciences, public administration, finance, media & communication, international relations, human rights & human security.  They are experienced in designing training program and identifying appropriate methodologies to impart the overseas training.

Dr.  Priyakamon Khan, PhD working as President of SHF, Thailand. She is experienced in population, demography and research methodology. She also having training experience in statistics applied in public health nursing, medical sciences, and environmental sciences.

Pol. Lt. Gen. Nopadon Siriwon is working as a Vice President of SHF. He is involved in mainly legal issues and administration of foundation.  He also maintain correspondence and collaboration with the Royal Thai Government and other organizations.

Dr. Manirul Islam Khan (MBBS, MPH, MA in Population & Reproductive Health Research, PhD Candidate in Tropical Medicine) working as General Secretary of SHF. He is currently involved in human resources management and training issues in health sector of Bangladesh.

Ms. Pornpun Siriwan (B.A. Accounting) is working as a Treasure of SHF. She is marinating the financial management and records for SHF.
